{"id":276,"date":"2023-02-01T22:13:14","date_gmt":"2023-02-01T22:13:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ajmajor.code.blog\/?page_id=276"},"modified":"2023-07-24T15:58:19","modified_gmt":"2023-07-24T15:58:19","slug":"the-year-in-haiku","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ajmajor.co.uk\/index.php\/the-year-in-haiku\/","title":{"rendered":"The Year In Haiku"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Welcome to The Year In Haiku, my project to keep a journal of the year in the form of a Haiku to encapsulate the lessons learned each day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Initially inspired by Ryan Holiday&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@DailyStoic\">Daily Stoic<\/a> videos on YouTube  ( see my \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/ajmajor.co.uk\/index.php\/2022\/12\/12\/thirty-days-of-journalling-with-added-haiku\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Thirty Days of Journaling<\/a>\u2019 post), I decided to try journaling for 30 days, but with a twist; after contemplating the events of the day I wanted in addition to write a haiku that reflected a key highlight. And so it began&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When two months had passed I still had the bug; the daily challenge turned out to be really fun in the end, and it felt appropriate to continue.
