Many parts making one whole
Feel it deep within

Be accountable
Petulance is a hindrance
Grow up and show up

Rein in the impulse
Yours is not the right to judge
See it and let go

All is vibration
Resonance and dissonance
Competing cycles

Practice gratitude
Greet each new day with a smile
Share it with someone

Trust in the pathway
Clouds may hide the horizon
But still it is there

Reframe your troubles 
See them not as mere burdens
But chances to shine

The faults of others
No useful concern of yours
They are solely theirs

Accept what you must
Change that which you are able
And learn the difference

You can achieve this
No matter how challenging
Resolve to succeed

Creeping doubts and fears
Like pervasive garden weeds
Cooking the mind’s soil
