New routines take time

No fear of failure
Move boldly along the path
Have trust in your judgement

Ill fate and sadness
Our inner inharmonies
Brought to the surface

Evenings are brighter
Days stretching out before us
Soon summer will come

Just a bit more work:
What you have been waiting for
Will present itself

It’s unstoppable
Nothing can stand in its way:
The love of a dog

Behind every cloud
The sun is always shining
Searching for a gap 

There will be setbacks
Ride over the bumps with faith
You can overcome

No need to hurry
All will be as it should be
Pause and take your time

Overwhelmed by choice
Decision paralysis
Stop and count to ten

Look back with hindsight
It’s hard not to criticise
Be kind to yourself

Avoid all excess
Know when you have had enough
Stick to your limits

Keep up the pressure
Persistence has its reward
Tick off that milestone

Caught in the quagmire
Like walking with lead lined boots
Plod on hopefully

Reserves running low
Drained by the demands of life
Pause and recover
