Look for the smooth path

Each part is the whole
The ocean within the drop
All in unison

Not a destination
Fullness within emptiness
A state of being 

Deep inside of you
The fire that does not consume
Dark transformed to light

Hold your plans lightly 
Things may change at any time
Be ready, adapt

Life is for sharing
It’s not a competition
Everyone should win

A surprising truth:
Wisdom lies not in knowing
Rather, in being

Keep calm under fire
Frustration will not help you
Let it pass you by

Eight padding paws strut 
Two tails wagging eagerly
Let the walk commence

When you think you’re there
Always another sunny
Keep pushing onwards

Withdraw deep within
Not to think or analyse
Simply to observe

It’s been a challenge
