With steady application
You advance surely.

Calm as a mill pond,
Pink tinges in a blue sky;
Sunset at the beach.

The simplest pleasures
Unexpectedly appear,
If you allow them

You will never know
What you can do, ‘til you try;
Go, surprise yourself!

Live in the present.
Find joy in the little things;
There are more of them!

Daunted by your fears?
Embrace them, don’t just face them.
Courage overcomes.

There are no shortcuts.
You get back what you have earned:
Always give your best

Truth and love,
The insignia of rank;
Wear with pride, and share.

Learn to live with change:
The future is uncertain,
Adapt to keep strong

The path to wisdom:
Look for the unexpected,
Challenge your thinking.

Step up, be present
Be excellent in all things
Even the smallest

Change the way you think.
Only you can change yourself
For better or worse.
