Take a well earned rest
A long day will take its toll
Relax and unwind

A fresh start each day
Long-held beliefs can be changed
When they hold you back

What is your purpose?
Time is too precious to waste
You can’t get it back

The simplest pleasures
Surrounded by those you love
Bring the greatest joy

Take time to recharge
Downtime is not wasted time
Don’t run on empty

Smooth out the wrinkles
Calm anxious thoughts in others
And be calm yourself

Live in the moment
Let each day bring a surprise
Accept it gladly

Show kindness to all
It will reflect back on you
Giving like for like

Be more selective
There’s not time for everything
You must choose with care

So much to be done
Piece by piece the pot is filled
Don’t try to force it

We all need a hand
Be grateful for kindness shown
Return the favour

Sunlight fades slowly
Shadows lengthen on the grass
Breathe in and relax

Many hands make light work
