There will be setbacks
Ride over the bumps with faith
You can overcome

No need to hurry
All will be as it should be
Pause and take your time

Overwhelmed by choice
Decision paralysis
Stop and count to ten

Look back with hindsight
It’s hard not to criticise
Be kind to yourself

Avoid all excess
Know when you have had enough
Stick to your limits

Keep up the pressure
Persistence has its reward
Tick off that milestone

Caught in the quagmire
Like walking with lead lined boots
Plod on hopefully

Reserves running low
Drained by the demands of life
Pause and recover

Breathe in and recharge
Exhale and feel the release
Bathe in the sun’s warmth

Keep your thoughts secure
Give others the chance to speak
Then you can decide

Trust in your instincts
