Like will attract like

Learn a new skill-set 
Overcome the obstacles
Reinvent yourself

Focus on the breath
Feel the power of its flow
Re-energising

An uphill struggle
The backlog keeps on growing
Keep ticking them off

Dig in and push through
That which you thought you could not:
You can, if you will

Not in the future
Neither in past memories
Joy is in the ’now’

Like skiing uphill
The summit seems miles away
Withstand the pressure

Like a sturdy tree
Rooted firmly in the ground
Leaves sway in the wind
