Steady and unmoved:
The rock the waves crash over
Stills the raging sea

Learn to know yourself
Some paths must be walked alone;
Don’t fear the first step

Always be aware
Nothing external harms you;
That comes from within

Take time to zoom out
To see the bigger picture
And gain perspective

Get it done early
Set aside time to focus
Do what matters most

Quieten down the mind
No greatness without stillness
To hear the whisper

Don’t struggle alone
A burden shared is lessened
True friends want to help

Pause to consider
Think through each course of action
Choose the wisest path

Remove weaknesses
Replace them with new-found strengths
Begin the next phase

Make ready for change
As one year comes to its end
Another begins

Cycles of habit
Like a swinging pendulum
Retracing its path

Slow to pass judgment
The benefit of the doubt
Will pay dividends

To react or not?
The choice is always with you
