Don’t forget yourself

You can’t take it for granted

Know your own value
Confidence brings its reward
With humility

Judgement or ego;
Don’t fall prey to either one
Both will do you harm

Don’t fear what is new
Change is neither good nor bad
It just simply ‘is’

Life is a mirror
Reflecting thoughts and feelings
Straight back to the source

Build on your progress
Don’t be content to meet goals
Strive to exceed them

Choices can be hard
Take the time for reflection
Pause to consider
