In the face of frustration;
Dig deep and move on

Heal yourself with mirth,
Smile as often as you can;
The best medicine

Speak up and be heard;
Opinions are important,
Join the discussion

A long busy week;
Be grateful for good progress
And reward yourself

Work diligently
Not for the praise of others
But for its own sake

In every event
Gratitude and kindness
Are always the way

Complex tasks await.
Frustration lurks in each snag;
Don’t let it prevail.

Try to understand.
See things from others’ viewpoint,
Soften your judgements

Challenge your thinking
To see things in a new way.
