Stay calm and centred
Find peace and tranquillity
Deep within yourself

Where did I fall short?
Where could I have done better?
How can I improve?

You’re not born with it
Excellence requires practice
Put the effort in

If you have become
A better friend to yourself
Progress has been made

Good health is a gift;
Appreciate it fully,
Waste not a moment

New ideas will come
If you give them time and space;
Slow down and reflect

A pause from the grind,
Time to reflect and make plans;
Forward with purpose

Growth comes from challenge.
Look beyond comfortable
To find your limits
