Air is cool once more.

Will-power will flag,
Sometimes it just can’t be helped.
Find strength to push on.

When choices seem scarce,
Don’t fear to grasp the nettle;
If indeed you must.

From out of the blue,
You didn’t see it coming.
Take stock and move on.

Show your gratitude;
Reciprocate the good will,
Kindness for kindness.

Be more than before,
Do not choose the lesser self:
Fulfil potential.

When the road is long:
Patience and steady effort,
Tools to win the day.

There will still be faults,
Even when you try your best;
Look to learn, not blame.

All is in motion
In a constant state of flux.
Try to stay grounded.

Not to receive praise,
But to have done the right thing:
This is the true prize.

Exercise is good,
Careful not to overdo;
Respect your limits.

Look closely and see:
Every day is a good day
If the mind allows.

We seek our fortune
While hidden under our feet;
Acres of diamonds.

Cooled by gentle breeze,
Sitting in the fading light.
Leaves whisper ‘Good night’.

No time to lie in
When there are dogs in your life
It’s get up and go!
