An ocean of souls
Seemingly separated
Eternally one

A cage built from shame
Through loyalty to a ghost
Choose to be released

Only a fool mocks:
That which is not understood,
Learn to comprehend

An endless spiral
But does it go up or down?
Decide for yourself

Never standing still
Reach a bit further each day
Enriched by your growth

Nothing comes for free
Nothing ventured, nothing have
Exchanged for nothing

Briefly divided
Parted water reunites
Beyond the blockage

Step from the shadow

When chaos troubles
Find your footing in nature
A sense of grounding

New on the moment
No destination out goal
Experience ‘Now’

Memories gathered
The adventure finds its end
It’s time to go home

Know there are no distractions
only happenings
